Westlake Hills POA is one of Westlake Village's original neighborhoods, set among the rolling hills of the Conejo Valley. Our POA represents homeowners across the community, preserving the character that makes our neighborhood special: open spaces, mature landscaping, and the kind of neighborhood where people still wave from the driveway.
