Application for Architectural Committee Approval
No work may begin prior to Architectural Committee approval. Therefore, submit applications 30 days or more before anticipated starting date.
OWNERS proposing to perform work of any kind requiring the prior approval of the ARCHITECTURAL
COMMITTEE shall apply to such COMMITTEE for approval. (see CC&R's)
